THE GIG


Are you an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) looking for a role where your skills are valued and your career can continue to grow?


Our client is a locally owned and operated traffic management specialist and supplier with more than 20 years of industry experience. They provide end-to-end traffic management solutions, from planning through to implementation, supporting a broad range of contractors across civil construction and other industries.

With the business entering an exciting growth phase, they are looking for an experienced STMS to join their team in Dunedin.


This is an opportunity to join an established business with strong industry knowledge, a solid reputation, and a team that takes pride in delivering safe and professional traffic management solutions.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING


  • A current, practising STMS qualification.
  • A full Class 1 New Zealand driver's licence. A Class 2 licence would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Proven experience in traffic management and site supervision.
  • A strong understanding of site safety, traffic management procedures and safe work practices.
  • A reliable, positive and honest attitude, with a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crews, contractors and clients.
  • The physical fitness to carry out the demands of the role and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal conviction check.
  • Full working rights in New Zealand.
