About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Caregiver to join our toddler team, supporting tamariki aged 2–3 years as they discover their independence, build relationships and develop new skills.

You’ll help create a fun, nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore and learn. We’re open to applicants with varying levels of experience, including those interested in becoming a Teacher in Training and beginning their ECE studies.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday , with some flexibility around working hours.

  • Has a genuine passion for working with tamariki and supporting their development
  • Is bubbly, energetic and nurturing
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Is reliable, flexible and willing to learn
  • Has experience with children aged 2–3 years, or a strong desire to develop their skills
  • Is interested in ongoing learning and professional development
