Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated cleaner to assist with maintaining public facilities throughout Wanaka. This is a short-term assignment for the next few weeks, with the potential for ongoing future assignments for the right person. If you enjoy working independently, take pride in keeping public spaces clean and presentable, and have a valid driver's licence, we'd love to hear from you.


Roles Available


  • Public Facilities Cleaner


What You'll Be Doing


  • Cleaning and maintaining public facilities across Wanaka
  • Servicing amenities and ensuring facilities are clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Restocking consumables and supplies as required
  • Emptying rubbish bins and maintaining surrounding areas
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
  • Following cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures
  • Driving between sites using a company-provided vehicle


What You Need


  • A current and valid New Zealand driver's licence
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet throughout the day
  • Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
