Job Description

We are seeking reliable Traffic Controllers to join our team. With multiple positions available, this is a great opportunity to work on a range of civil, infrastructure, and construction projects while helping keep workers and the public safe.


About the Role


As a Traffic Controller, you'll be responsible for:


  • Managing the safe flow of traffic around worksites
  • Setting up and maintaining temporary traffic management measures
  • Communicating effectively with team members and the public
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Supporting site crews as required


What We're Looking For


  • Willingness to complete a Traffic Control course
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum Class 1 Restricted Licence (Class 1 Full preferred)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Full-time availability, including early starts, night shifts, weekends, and other non-standard hours as required
