Sales Support, Reporting & CRM/ERP Management:

  • Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and sales records in HubSpot CRM and NetSuite ERP.
  • Report customer trends, competitor activity, and market insights to sales management.
  • Support field sales teams by providing technical product information and solution recommendations.

Delivery Coordination & After‑Sales Service:

  • Arrange delivery of goods and coordinate logistics with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Assist with warranty queries, product issues, and after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with workshop technicians and technical specialists across national branches.

Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning:

  • Build and maintain technical knowledge across multiple pump, valve, and mechanical equipment brands.
  • Stay updated on new products, manufacturer selection tools, and industry application requirements.
