ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior technical leadership position where you'll influence both customer outcomes and the direction of the company's solution architecture capability.


As the Lead Solution Architect, you'll be the technical authority across the network and security practice; owning the design and successful delivery of complex customer engagements while providing leadership, governance and mentoring to Solution Architects and Solution Engineers. Working closely with customers, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in translating business objectives into secure, scalable and innovative technology solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end design of enterprise networking and security solutions.
  • Act as the technical authority across customer engagements and delivery programmes.
  • Partner with consultants and business development leaders during pre-sales and solution shaping activities.
  • Take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions are implemented successfully and align with customer expectations.
  • Direct, mentor and provide technical leadership to a team of Solution Engineers.
  • Establish and maintain architecture, engineering and documentation standards across the practice.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical challenges.
  • Allocate and coordinate engineering resources across multiple engagements.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation and technical excellence throughout the Professional Services team.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, vendors, partners and key stakeholders.


ABOUT YOU:

You'll be an accomplished network and security professional who combines exceptional technical depth with strong leadership capability.


We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 10+ years' experience within enterprise networking and/or cyber security environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering complex customer solutions.
  • Deep expertise across enterprise networking, network security and modern connectivity architectures.
  • Strong knowledge across areas such as Enterprise Networking, Network Security, OT/Industrial Networks and Network Observability.
  • Exceptional solution design, troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
  • The ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, customers and engineering teams.
  • A passion for mentoring, coaching and developing technical talent.
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.


Highly regarded certifications include:

  • Cisco CCIE
  • Fortinet NSE7 / NSE8
  • Check Point CCSM
  • Juniper JNCIE
  • Other architect or expert-level networking and security certifications
