Qualified & Registered Toddler Teacher New Shoots Miniland Are you a passionate, registered Early Childhood Teacher who loves inspiring curious young minds and creating meaningful learning experiences for toddlers?

At New Shoots Miniland, we believe that the toddler years are filled with wonder, discovery, and incredible growth. We're looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Qualified & Registered Teacher to join our dedicated team and help our tamariki thrive in a supportive, play-based environment.


About the Role


As our Toddler Teacher, you will:


  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their whānau.
  • Create engaging learning experiences that support children's curiosity, confidence, and development.
  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and respectful environment where every child feels valued.
  • Work collaboratively with a passionate team committed to providing exceptional care and education.
  • Contribute to programme planning, assessment, and documentation aligned with Te Whāriki.


What We're Looking For


You will have:


  • A recognised ECE qualification.
  • Current NZ Teacher Registration and a Practising Certificate.
  • A genuine passion for working with toddlers and supporting their individual learning journeys.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • At least 3+ years specifically working with toddlers
  • Knowledge of Te Whāriki and a commitment to quality early childhood education.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute to our centre culture.
