Sous Chef Responsibilities


  • Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Assisting with menu development and food preparation
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensuring food safety and compliance requirements are met
