Join a Leading Painting and Property Services Company - Painter Foreperson Role Available in Takanini!


Our client is a well-established provider of professional painting and property maintenance services across Auckland. With experience delivering quality commercial and residential projects, they pride themselves on reliable workmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Their team is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism across every project.


We are currently seeking a Painter Foreperson to join our tight-knit team in Takanini .

About the Role:


  • Lead and manage a team of painters
  • Organize daily work and jobs
  • Make sure work is completed to a high standard
  • Complete painting and prep work when needed
  • Make sure the team follows health and safety requirements
  • Work with clients, contractors, and management
  • Keep jobs running on time


You will need:


  • 3+ years' painting experience with previous experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Team Leader.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean Ministry of Justice check .
  • Must have a clean driver's license as you would be driving a company vehicle.
  • Site Safe, EWP, First Aid, Confined Spaces, Site Safe Supervisor Gold Card, and NZ Certificate in Painting & Decorating Level 4 (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong health and safety focus, with Hazardous Substances Handling Training preferred.
