Unqualified ECE Teacher


We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to join our busy Toddler Room. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and wants to make a positive difference in their learning and development.


As part of our supportive teaching team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where toddlers feel valued, confident, and encouraged to explore. You will assist with daily routines, build positive relationships with children and families, and support the implementation of meaningful learning experiences that foster curiosity and independence.


The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the early childhood sector. Previous experience working with children is an advantage but is not essential.

Here’s what you’ll do on a day-to day basis: ·


Provide amazing care and education to our tamariki, Champion the team spirit and engage in activities that empower and extend tamariki’s learning and fully participate in centre activities across all classrooms covering staff breaks where necessary. You will support centre operations at all levels

This is a permanent position working 40 hours Monday - Friday.


Role requirements:


Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. An ECE qualification is not required for this role, but a natural affinity with children – especially infants and toddlers, and experience working with children under five is a must. You’ll also have a high level of initiative and an ability to take direction from others.
