Our Tauranga office are currently looking to connect with experienced HR Professionals for current and upcoming opportunities.


Your experience may include:

  • Previous experience in an HR, people & culture, recruitment, or administration role.
  • Strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisation.
  • Experience maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, payroll processes, recruitment, onboarding, or employment documentation.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • A proactive, practical approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A sound understanding of New Zealand employment practices and a commitment to providing a high quality employee experience.
