About the Role


We're looking for a friendly, reliable Van Driver to join our team. As one of the first and last people our tamariki and whānau see each day, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive experience during daily pick-ups and drop-offs.

If you're passionate about road safety, enjoy working with young children, and take pride in building positive relationships, we'd love to hear from you. This role also involves safely assisting children in and out of car seats, so you'll need to be physically fit and comfortable with hands-on support.


This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), including:


  • Morning pick-up: 7:45am – 9:45am
  • Afternoon drop-off: 2:15pm – 4:15pm
  • Supporting our teaching team in the classroom between transport runs.

About You


You'll be someone who is:


  • Enthusiastic, reliable, trustworthy, and caring
  • A safe and confident driver with a full New Zealand driver's licence and a clean police record
  • Physically fit and able to safely assist young children in and out of car seats
  • A great communicator who builds positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues
  • A team player who values diversity, inclusion, and community
