Looking for a Class 5 driving role with consistent hours and the opportunity to go permanent?


We’re looking for an experienced Class 5 Driver to join a busy transport operation based in the Dunedin area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person, offering approximately 9–10-hour days and a competitive rate of $30–$35 per hour , depending on experience.


Road Ranger experience is essential for this role.


The Role


Your day will involve a mixture of collections and commercial deliveries across Otago and Southland.

  • 6:30am start until finish
  • Typically 9–10 hour days
  • Consistent hours with the opportunity for ongoing permanent work
  • What We’re Looking For Current Class 5 licence
  • Road Ranger experience – essential
  • Confident operating truck and trailer units
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable completing regional driving and commercial deliveries
  • Good communication and a professional attitude
  • Able to work independently and manage your day efficiently
  • What’s In It For You? $30–$35 per hour , depending on experience
