About the role


We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Parkside Village in Hillsborough, Auckland.


On offer is a 36 hour a week/5 shifts from Friday to Tuesday - AM shifts -


Candidates must be available to work both days of the weekend.


Some of the great things you will be doing:


  • Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care.
  • Effective communication and clinical problem-solving
  • Working collaboratively with other team members
  • Developing and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families.
  • Providing compassionate and high-level care.


About you


You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person.


You also have:


  • Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
  • Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better!
  • InterRai qualified
  • Up to date knowledge of wound care management
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
