Class 4 Driver - Chip Seal Crew | Taupō


We are looking for an experienced Class 4 Driver to join a busy roading and infrastructure team in Taupō. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a close-knit crew, and playing a key role in delivering quality road sealing projects, this could be the opportunity for you. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Operating a 6-wheeler truck on chip seal projects
  • Transporting and delivering materials to work sites safely and efficiently
  • Working alongside the sealing crew to support daily operations
  • Assisting with general chip sealing activities as required
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining equipment standards
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Supporting the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard


What You Need


  • Current Class 4 driver's licence
  • Previous truck driving experience, ideally within civil, roading, or construction environments
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Class 5 licence is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks
