We’re excited to welcome a caring and enthusiastic Caregiver to join our brand-new centre, BestStart Park Green!

Your Role:


We’re looking for an enthusiastic ECE Caregiver to join us in this permanent position (40 hours/week). You’ll help our tamariki explore the magic of learning and contribute to a warm, supportive team environment.


What You’ll Do:


  • Provide nurturing care and quality education that celebrates each child’s unique potential.
  • Design fun, hands-on activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
  • Support the team and keep the centre running smoothly.
  • Foster a positive, vibrant culture where everyone feels at home.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience with children under five (qualification is not essential but passion is key!).
  • A love for learning and belief in the power of early childhood education.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude.
  • A desire to grow and thrive in a caring, values-driven environment.
