Job Description

We're looking for reliable and motivated hands-on workers to join a busy Rolleston-based company. This role is initially short term, with potential to extend longer for the right candidate. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to be part of a hardworking team.


What you'll be doing:

  • Assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and air pneumatic tools
  • Assisting with fitting, production, and general workshop tasks
  • Working in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment


What we're looking for:

  • Assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment (advantageous)
  • Proven experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and reliability - someone who turns up and gets the job done
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude


What's on offer:

  • Located in Rolleston
  • Initially short-term assignment with potential to go longer
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 6:45am - 3:05pm (potential for overtime)
  • On-site café with discounted hot meals
  • Opportunity for ongoing or longer-term work for the right candidate
