Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Queenstown team, looking after the Wanaka and Cromwell region .


Whether you have recruitment experience or are completely new to the industry, we’d love to hear from you. Full training is provided – what matters most is a great attitude, confidence building relationships, and the drive to succeed.


Your day-to-day will include:


  • Growing new and existing client relationships.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Providing exceptional client and candidate care.
  • Working alongside the wider team to achieve branch goals.


What We're Looking For

  • Be based in Wanaka or Cromwell .
  • Confidence building relationships and developing new business.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • The ability to thrive in a busy, varied environment.
  • A genuine passion for helping people.
  • A full or restricted NZ driver’s licence.
