We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Foreman to lead small crews delivering a range of maintenance works. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Foreman or an emerging leader ready to take the next step in their career.


We want to hear from you if you have experience in one or more of the following:


  • Civil maintenance
  • Road maintenance
  • Vegetation and berm maintenance
  • Infrastructure maintenance
  • Crew leadership and coordination
  • General civil construction works


What You'll Be Doing


  • Leading and motivating small maintenance crews
  • Coordinating daily work programmes and site activities
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Monitoring productivity, quality, and site performance
  • Liaising with supervisors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Promoting a strong Health & Safety culture
  • Supporting crews to deliver essential maintenance services across the region


What You Need


  • Previous Foreman, Leading Hand, or Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience within civil
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organise, and coordinate work effectively
  • Commitment to Health & Safety best practice
  • Full NZ Driver Licence (Class 2 + WTR preffered)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to lead from the front
