Salary range: $86,113 to $109,901 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented academic to join our Management team as a

Lecturer in Management and Leadership. This role is ideally suited to an Early Career

Researcher looking to develop a strong academic career within a supportive and collaborative environment.


In this role, you will contribute to high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching

across a range of delivery modes, including face-to-face, blended and online learning.

Experience teaching large compulsory classes would be an advantage. You will supervise

student research projects and postgraduate theses, contribute to curriculum development, and actively participate in the School's vibrant research culture. The position offers opportunities to contribute to teaching and research in areas such as leadership,

management, international business and related fields.


To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A completed PhD in Management, Leadership, International Business, or a related
  • discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability or potential to deliver high-quality tertiary teaching.
  • Experience or capability in curriculum development, course administration, and
  • student support.
  • A developing record of quality research outputs and scholarly publications.
  • Interest in contemporary management and leadership research areas.
  • Experience with, or willingness to embrace, blended and online teaching technologies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to working collegially and contributing to the broader life of the School
  • and University.
