Senior Civil Engineer/Team Leader, Dunedin, $120,000-$160,000

The Role


  • Lead and deliver land development and infrastructure projects across the region
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to engineers at varying career stages
  • Civil engineering design across roading, three waters and subdivision projects
  • Coordinate with clients, councils and in-house planners and surveyors
  • Contribute to the growth of the engineering team and wider project portfolio


About You


  • 8+ years experience in NZ civil engineering, ideally in land development or infrastructure
  • Strong design and project delivery capability across roading, three waters and subdivisions
  • Solid understanding of NZ standards, consenting and council processes
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
  • Proficient in 12d or Civil 3D
  • Practical, solutions-focused and comfortable working directly with clients
