About the role


Based at our Manukau operations office, you’ll report to the Payroll Manager and work as part of a team of five supporting more than 4,500 employees across the country.

You’ll bring strong end-to-end payroll experience, sound knowledge of New Zealand holiday legislation, and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Chris21 or iChris would be an advantage.


Collaboration and outstanding service are central to this role. You’ll be confident working to deadlines, comfortable managing competing priorities and calm under pressure. Most importantly, you’ll be prepared to get involved, take ownership and make a positive difference for our teams.


This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week from our Manukau office.


What you’ll do


  • Collect, verify and enter payroll data accurately
  • Process and run the fortnightly payroll
  • Prepare earnings summaries and payroll reports
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Provide responsive, friendly and accurate support to our teams nationwide
  • Experience in payroll
