About the role

This is a true business development role. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, building referral networks, managing a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into new managements.


Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective landlords
  • Develop referral relationships with sales consultants, investors and local business networks
  • Conduct rental appraisals and present property management service
  • Follow up opportunities consistently through to conversion
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline activity
  • Work closely with the wider team to identify and maximise growth opportunities
  • Take ownership of agreed growth targets


About you

  • A proven record of success in sales or business development
  • The ability to generate your own leads and create opportunities
  • Strong pipeline management and follow-up disciplines
  • Confidence building relationships and asking for business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A self-starting, results-focused approach
  • Resilience, energy and a genuine growth mindset
  • A genuine interest in residential property and property investment
  • Mandarin speaking candidates are highly sought after
