Our award-winning team at Queenstown Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department in the Adventure Capital of New Zealand. Representing some of the world's most respected automotive brands, including Audi, Volkswagen, and Subaru, this is an exciting opportunity to build your career with a leading automotive group while delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you'll play a key role in keeping our workshop and customers moving by ensuring the right parts are supplied accurately and on time. If you're motivated, organized, and enjoy building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.


Reporting to the Aftersales manager , you will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring the workshop is supplied with parts accurately and on time
  • Preparing quotations and assisting customers with parts enquiries
  • Maintaining existing customer and trade relationships while achieving sales targets
  • Processing parts orders efficiently and coordinating timely delivery
  • Providing outstanding customer service to both retail and trade customers
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Parts trader


About You


To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, along with:


  • Previous automotive parts experience, ideally within a dealership or retail parts environment
  • Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in your work
  • A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve the best customer outcomes
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems (DMS) or similar software
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn


Experience preparing quotations is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.


Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
