An experienced Panel Beater is sought to join a busy Auckland workshop specialising in commercial vehicle accident repairs.

The role

Working within a professional workshop, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing high-quality panel repairs on commercial vehicles
  • Maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail
  • Working efficiently to meet workshop requirements
  • Following established health and safety procedures
  • Contributing to a positive, team-oriented workplace

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Panel Beating trade qualification or overseas equivalent
  • Previous New Zealand workshop experience – essential
  • Experience in heavy vehicle panel repairs is preferred, although strong light vehicle experience will also be considered
  • The ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
  • A reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
