Roller Operator - Taupō | Immediate Start


We are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join a busy civil construction team based in Taupō. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator looking to get their foot in the door with a reputable company, with strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time role for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Operating a roller on civil construction and roading projects
  • Compacting earthworks, aggregate, and asphalt to required specifications
  • Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery
  • Working alongside site supervisors and crew members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Following all site health and safety procedures


What You Need


  • Proven experience operating rollers in a civil construction environment
  • Current driver's licence with a valid R Endorsement
  • Strong understanding of safe operating practices and site procedures
  • Ability to work well within a team and take direction when required
  • Reliable, motivated, and committed to high-quality workmanship
  • Available to start immediately
