Clean Properties is looking for an Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.


We're an ambitious exterior cleaning company based on Auckland's North Shore, with work across the wider Auckland region. We specialise in building washes, soft washing, roof treatments, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and pressure washing for schools, body corporates, commercial properties and homes.


If you're experienced in pressure washing or exterior cleaning, that's ideal. If you've come from landscaping, car detailing, trade labouring or a similar hands-on background, we'd also like to hear from you.


About the role


Every day is a little different. Your work will include:


  • Exterior building washes and soft washing
  • Roof treatments, gutter cleaning and window cleaning using our pure-water pole-fed system
  • Pressure washing driveways, concrete, decks and other surfaces
  • Working at schools, apartment buildings, commercial properties and homes
  • Setting up and packing down our ute and trailer rigs
  • Daily equipment checks, including oil, leaks and hose condition
  • Completing pre-job checklists and updates through our Jobber app
  • Following our health and safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Working safely on ladders and at height
  • Leaving every site clean, tidy and looking great
  • Talking with clients, school staff, tenants and site managers in a friendly, professional way


For your first few months, you'll work closely alongside the owners and our team to learn our equipment, systems, processes and standards. Once you're confident and consistently delivering quality work, you'll transition into working independently and running your own jobs across Auckland.


About You


We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job - someone who wants to become a key part of the business and grow with us.


You don't need to tick every box, but we'd ideally like you to have:


  • A full NZ driver's licence - trailer towing experience is a bonus
  • Good physical fitness and confidence working outdoors, on ladders and at height
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • The legal right to work in New Zealand - NZ citizens, residents and current visa holders are welcome to apply

In return, you can expect:


  • $32-$36 per hour, depending on experience and fit
  • Full-time, permanent employment - Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Occasional early starts or weekend work during peak periods, paid extra
  • Steady work with jobs booked weeks in advance

  • Company work truck provided for travel between the depot and job sites (to be collected each morning from our North Shore base and returned to the depot at the end of each working day)
