  • Build trusting relationships with children and their whānau
  • Work collaboratively with your team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the centre
  • Help create an inclusive environment where every child, whānau, and team member feels welcomed and valued
  • Contribute to a positive centre culture where everyone is encouraged to learn and grow

About You

  • Are eager to learn, develop your skills, and grow within a values-driven organisation
  • Value strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your teaching team

You’ll enjoy:

  • Ongoing professional development through Whare Ako
  • Career development and progression opportunities across our nationwide network
  • Discounted childcare for your whānau
  • Subsidised health insurance (eligibility criteria applies)
  • A $2,000 referral bonus when you recommend a qualified teacher*
