Job Description

Experienced Tractor Drivers/Spray Operators – Immediate Start


Location: Central Otago

Employer: Deep Creek Fruits


We’re looking for experienced tractor drivers/spray operators to join our team at Deep Creek Fruits, one of New Zealand’s leading cherry producers.

If you’re confident behind the wheel, take pride in your work, and can jump straight into the season, we want to hear from you!


About the Role:


You’ll be operating a range of orchard tractors and machinery, supporting key orchard operations including mowing, spraying, and harvest preparation. This is a hands-on role where safety, care, and efficiency are essential.


You’ll need to have:


  • Proven experience operating tractors or similar agricultural machinery
  • A current driver’s licence (Full NZ licence preferred)
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and reliability – ready to start immediately


Preferred:


  • Growsafe certification or willingness to achieve one
  • We have a number of positions for the right candidates. Please only apply if you are experienced in driving tractors, you are currently in the Central Otago region and you have the right to work in New Zealand.
