About the Role

Our client is a leading global professional services firm with an established deals practice, advising public and private sector clients on M&A, capital investment and strategic transactions.

With a very strong pipeline of M&A activity they are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Corporate Finance/M & A professional to join its high performing team.

Working alongside the Partners and experienced dealmakers, you will play an important role in analysing and executing transactions, providing financial analysis and commercial advice, and building relationships with clients across a range of sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage M&A transactions through to completion
  • Undertake financial modelling, valuations and commercial analysis
  • Assist with transaction structuring and deal execution
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic advice
  • Prepare client presentations and transaction documentation
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development


Skills & Experience

We are looking for a commercially astute professional with strong technical capability, sound judgement and a genuine passion for M&A.

You will bring:

  • Relevant M&A, Corporate Finance or transaction advisory or similar experience
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
  • An excellent academic background, ideally with CFA studies underway
  • Commercial nous and the ability to think beyond the numbers
  • Ambition, initiative and a strong drive to succeed

Just as importantly, you will have the right attitude. You will be energetic, hungry to learn and motivated to build your career in a fast-paced deals environment, with the willingness to go the extra mile to get transactions completed.
