About the role


We are seeking a passionate RN to provide quality care to our residents at Powley Village in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland.


This is a Parental leave cover FIXED TERM role till 6th June 2027- 40 hours a week -Shifts as follows:

  • Monday - Night shift
  • Tuesday - off
  • Wednesday - off
  • Thursday  to Sunday AM shifts


We offer top hourly rates and allowances as well as an amazing team to work in!  Responsiblities include:


  • Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care.
  • Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Working collaboratively with other team members
  • Developing and reviewing care plans in consultation with our residents and their families.
  • Providing compassionate and high-level care.


About you


You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have:


  • Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
  • Strong aged care nursing experience
  • Up to date knowledge of wound care management
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
