Due to continued growth we are currently looking for a Parts Consultant to join our team at Gary Cockram Ltd.


What you'll be doing:


  • Assist customers with parts enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Identify and source the correct parts efficiently and accurately.
  • Process parts orders, quotations, invoice, returns and warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control.
  • Receive, unpack and organise incoming stock.
  • Work closely with the workshop and service departments to ensure parts are supplied promptly.
  • Assist service customers with enquiries, bookings and service-related communication when required.
  • Assist the Service Department during busy periods or staff absences when required.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service.
  • Help maximise parts sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.


Key skills and attributes we're looking for include:


  • Previous experience as a Parts Consultant
  • A willingness to assist across both the Parts and Service departments when required.
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • An honest and reliable work ethic
  • Confidence working in a team environment


Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for maximising parts sales and delivering excellent service to our customers.
