Traffic Management


Are you reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work outdoors? We are looking for motivated Traffic Management Operatives to join our team working on a variety of roadwork and infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management sites.
  • Direct traffic safely and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
  • Work alongside crews on road maintenance and civil construction projects.
  • Complete site checks and traffic management duties as required.


What We're Looking For:


  • Training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Full Class 1 driver's licence preferable
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
