We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Painter to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and condition of the hotel through high-quality painting and general maintenance work. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our hotel presents at its very best for our guests at all times.


Key responsibilities:


  • Complete interior and exterior painting across hotel facilities
  • Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, plaster repairs, priming)
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Identify and report maintenance issues and safety hazards
  • Maintain tools and equipment to required standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support hotel operations


What we're looking for:


  • Proven experience in painting, plastering, and maintenance
  • Trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong understanding of health & safety practices
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required
