About the Role This is an exciting, fast-paced and challenging role where no two days are the same. You’ll be running and growing your own established desk, working across a variety of industries and roles—from general labourers and tradespeople to office administrators and beyond.

To be considered, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales and administration
  • Confidence establishing and nurturing relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Initiative and drive to meet goals and targets
  • A full, clean NZ driver’s licence
