About the Opportunity


  • Manage a portfolio of early-stage consumer finance arrears
  • Contact customers via phone, email and SMS to resolve missed payments
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and track customer commitments
  • Work across secured and unsecured lending, including vehicle and personal loans
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow a structured collections workflow


What You’ll Bring


  • Pervious consumer finance collections experience is essential
  • Confidence negotiating payment commitments and managing arrears
  • Strong communication skills with a calm and professional approach
  • Comfortable managing a busy portfolio within structured systems
  • FinConnect, repossessions or PLA experience would be advantageous

  • $35 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Weekly Pay

  • Full-time, office based role with hands-on training
