Job Description

Savor Group is behind some of Auckland's most successful restaurants — Amano in Britomart, Azabu in Ponsonby and Mission Bay, Bivacco on the waterfront, along with Ebisu, Ortolana, Bar Ziti, Oji and The Store.

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of how Savor's premium venues show up online.

You'll own the group social calendar through Hootsuite; plan accurate and on-brand content, on time across every venue.

We’re looking for someone who brings ideas, sees and seizes opportunities, is deeply immersed and passionate about the food and hospitality scene, and finds reasons for guests to come and enjoy the best Auckland has to offer.

Day to day you will:

  • Own the group social calendars; planning, scheduling and publishing through Hootsuite
  • Bring promotion and campaign ideas to the table, then work with the marketing team and venue managers to bring them to life
  • Work alongside our in-house designers
  • Brief and coordinate local content creators, photographers and food talent
  • Write captions across each of our unique brands, each with their own tone and voice
  • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs, and route bookings and general enquiries to the right team
  • Track performance, engagement, reach and venue traffic, and be able to deliver clear reports

What we're looking for

  • At least two years professional social media experience
  • Hootsuite experience, or the ability to get up to speed with it quickly
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, as well as experience and understanding of changing trends and algorithms
  • A portfolio of work you're proud of, accounts you've grown, content you've made or commissioned, results you've moved
  • The ability to work across multiple brands with individual voices
  • A genuine interest in food, drink and elevated dining experiences

What you get back

You'll be working across some of the best restaurants in the country, with chefs and an operations team at the top of their field. Designers are in-house, and ideas move from conversation to live quickly.

The Benefits

  • Everyday Discounts at all our venues
  • Dynamic Discounts for generous savings
  • Free Coffee everyday made by out professional and experienced baristas
  • Amazing office in the heart of Britomart
  • Positive and supportive team environment
