Job Description

This is more than just another labouring job. We're looking for someone who wants ongoing work with a great company, with the opportunity to gain their WTR endorsement and progress into machinery operating.

What’s in it for you?

  • Ongoing work with a company that wants to invest in the right person
  • WTR endorsement support – I'll help you work towards getting your Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsement
  • Opportunity to grow your skills and progress into machinery operating
  • Get involved in a variety of civil projects and gain valuable hands-on experience
  • Work with a supportive team that values reliability and a good attitude

What we’re looking for:

  • A full, clean Class 1 driver's licence is essential
  • Previous civil or construction experience is preferred, but the right attitude goes a long way
  • Reliable, punctual and physically fit, with a willingness to get stuck in
  • Keen to learn, take direction and develop new skills
  • Someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity, not just a short stint

What will you be doing?

  • General civil labouring across site works
  • Assisting operators and the wider crew as required
  • Helping with site preparation, materials, clean-ups and general groundworks
  • Learning the ropes and building your knowledge of civil construction
  • Taking on more responsibility as your skills and experience grow

Ready to get started? If you've got your full licence, a great work ethic and the drive to build a future in civil construction, I'd love to hear from you!
