About the role


We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join a franchise dealership in their parts department.


You will play a key part in supporting the service, sales, and workshop teams while delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with both trade and retail customers.


You will be responsible for supplying parts accurately and efficiently, managing inventory, and processing orders.


Skills and experience


  • Previous experience in an automotive parts or similar role is required, preferably within a dealership environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle components and parts systems
  • Experience using electronic parts catalogues and dealership DMS systems
  • Solid admin and customer service skills
  • A mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail is sought after
  • Clean current full driver's licence
