Join a busy building products supplier in Glenfield for a 4-week assignment. Inwards & Outwards, picking, dispatch and stock control. Start 19 October

  • $28-$29 per hour + 8% holiday pay | Weekly pay
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm | On-site parking available
  • 4-week assignment starting 19 October | Building products environment


We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join a busy building products business based in Glenfield for a 4-week temporary assignment commencing 19 October.


Working within a small team, you'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including Inwards and Outwards Goods, order picking, dispatch, stock control and general warehousing duties. This is a hands-on role involving regular heavy lifting, so physical fitness is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inwards and Outwards Goods
  • Receiving, checking and putting away stock
  • Order picking and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Stock takes and inventory control
  • General warehousing duties
  • Working with building products and materials
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
  • Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Storeperson or Warehouse experience
  • Strong experience across both Inwards and Outwards
  • Exposure to building products or construction materials advantageous
  • Counterbalance forklift licence and experience advantageous
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • MYOB experience a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual and team-focused
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements

Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and Ministry of Justice check.
