Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Class 5 Driver to join a busy civil construction team. If you enjoy a mix of driving, site work, and being part of major infrastructure projects, this could be the opportunity for you.


About the Role

No two days are the same in this role. You'll be responsible for transporting materials, machinery, and equipment to and from sites while supporting crews with general site tasks when required. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being part of the action, not just behind the wheel.


What You'll Bring

  • Full New Zealand Class 5 Licence
  • Previous experience in civil construction, earthworks, or heavy transport
  • WTR endorsement is an advantage
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
  • A strong focus on safety and teamwork
  • Willingness to assist with general labouring duties when needed
  • Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit


Requirements

  • Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Clean criminal record
  • Reliable transport
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
