Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available to join a successful local team based from the Bayleys Hanmer Springs office.


This role could suit an ambitious person looking to build a long-term career in real estate from the ground up, or an experienced licensed salesperson ready to bring their skills, maturity and local market focus to a growing team.


Based in Hanmer Springs, this is a hands-on role supporting the team across client care, buyer support, property campaigns, open homes, marketing activity and the day-to-day coordination needed to deliver a high-quality real estate experience.


About the role


You will play an important part in supporting the smooth running and continued growth of a successful local real estate team, while representing the Bayleys brand to a high standard:


  • Supporting vendors and purchasers throughout the sales process
  • Preparing and assisting with open homes, private viewings and buyer follow-up
  • Preparing property information, chattels lists, signage requests and marketing material
  • Working with purchasers and assisting with offers and negotiations where appropriate
  • Helping to coordinate property photography, videography and campaign activity
  • Supporting client communication, vendor reporting and database updates
  • Assisting with social media, eDMs and local marketing activity
  • Helping identify opportunities to build relationships and generate new business


About you


We are open to the right person and will consider applicants at different stages of their real estate career:


  • You may be early in your career, switched on, motivated and ready to learn the industry properly from the ground up
  • Or you may already be a licensed salesperson looking for a grounded team environment and a strong platform for growth
  • You will be client-focused, organised and confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • You will have strong attention to detail and take pride in presenting work to a high standard
  • You will be practical, proactive and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
  • You will enjoy being part of a small, high-performing local team
  • You will either hold a current salesperson licence or be willing to complete the required licensing
