We are on the hunt for a Merchandise Administrator to join our fun and fast-paced team. We are looking for a highly organised person who has a passion for all things merchandise, has strong attention to detail and proven administration skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with suppliers effectively and in a timely manner
  • Co-ordination of marketing activity and promotions
  • Creating, maintaining and tracking orders
  • Set up and execute administrative procedures for department
  • Working closely with the Buyer and Merchandise Manager as they build product ranges, sourcing, promotional plans and business execution to achieve company performance requirements.


To be successful in this role:


  • You need to be an excellent communicator
  • You will have strong computer skills, particularly excel skills and will be highly organised
  • A vibrant, supportive and warm personality combined with a can do attitude and a hands on approach.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and management
