Job Description

As a support worker you will have the following skills and attributes:


  • Assist clients with personal cares, showering, feeding and medication oversight
  • Basic household duties and meal preparation
  • Have strong communication and commitment to building good working relationships


Requirements

  • Based in Waiheke Island
  • Confident in working with Multidisciplinary team
  • Confident to converse in Spanish
  • Experience in seizure management is preferred
  • Experience in supporting the MDT team on rehabilitation and development of motor and cognitive skills
  • Must be eligible to work in NZ
  • Subject to clean police clearance check
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week with shifts rostered from Monday to Sunday
