We are looking for a detail-focused Contract Administrator to support our key client. This is a varied, hands-on role reviewing completed field work, validating costs and preparing accurate information for client submissions.

Working full-time from 7.30 am to 4.00 pm, you will follow field jobs through the required process, checking job records, materials, repair details and costs against agreed schedules of rates. The role is Auckland-based.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review completed field jobs, costs, materials and repairs against agreed schedules of rates.

• Validate job costs, apply rates and ensure completed work is claimed accurately.

• Enter job details into templates and complete required checklists and documentation.

• Coordinate with the client to review, approve or decline submissions.

• Turn technical information from field crews into clear, accurate documentation.

• Review field investigations and progress jobs through the claims and administration process.

• Collaborate with operational teams, field crews and the client as priorities change.

You will be highly organised and comfortable working through detailed information logically and accurately. You will bring:

• Experience working with schedules of rates, council work, Watercare or payment frameworks.

• Strong technical understanding and coding knowledge.

• The ability to calculate rates accurately and apply logical, step-by-step thinking.

• Strong English comprehension and the ability to turn technical field information into clear documentation.

• Confidence using spreadsheet templates, checklists and databases, with a high level of computer literacy.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisation skills.

• A collaborative and curious approach, with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions and clarify information.

• The ability to work effectively in a reactive environment and continue building capability over time.
