As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high-performing team.

About the role


Working alongside our sales team, you'll guide customers through their finance and insurance journey, providing tailored lending and protection solutions while delivering a professional, transparent, and seamless buying experience.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Meeting with customers to discuss finance and insurance options
  • Recommending tailored lending and protection products
  • Preparing and submitting finance applications
  • Managing documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Delivering exceptional customer service before and after vehicle delivery
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to create an outstanding customer experience


About you


You'll ideally have:


  • Previous experience in automotive Finance & Insurance (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends
