Job Description

Ready to take the lead on traffic management projects across the Taupō region? We're seeking an experienced and safety-focused STMS with current Cat A & B Practising qualifications and a Full Class 2 Licence to join a busy and supportive team delivering essential infrastructure and civil projects.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Setting up, monitoring and dismantling Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) sites
  • Ensuring all traffic management activities comply with current regulations and site requirements
  • Coordinating crews and communicating with site supervisors and stakeholders
  • Completing site documentation and inspections
  • Leading by example with a strong commitment to health and safety
  • Operating company vehicles and equipment as required


What You Need


  • Current STMS Cat A & B Practising qualification
  • Full Class 2 New Zealand Driver Licence (essential)
  • Proven experience in Temporary Traffic Management
  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks
