The Role

Working in a tight-knit team of 2, this role reports into the Finance Manager and assists with keeping the ledgers clean and up to date. They have good processes and operate in


Your duties will include:

  • Allocation of daily payments for a large customer base
  • Ensure accounts receivables invoices and statements are processed and posted
  • Daily reconciliations of bank statements
  • Processing of weekly direct debit statements
  • Managing any overdue accounts via email and phone
  • Managing customer accounts, dealing with any queries that come through
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables officer/ Accounts Assistant who has worked in larger scale businesses, working with high volumes and pace.


You will have the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong excel skills and ability to work across multiple ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work pro-actively to hit deadlines
