Our client is a well-established, locally owned painting and decorating company with over 25 years of industry experience. Renowned for quality craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail, they specialise in residential and commercial painting, new builds, renovations and decorative finishes.

At present, we are looking for an experienced Qualified Painter & Decorator who takes pride in their workmanship, has excellent attention to detail and is confident working across interior and exterior painting projects.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Undertaking interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial properties.
  • Preparing surfaces through sanding, filling, stripping and priming.
  • Painting and decorating new builds, renovations and existing properties.
  • Applying paints, protective coatings and specialist finishes to a high standard.
  • Undertaking spray painting and wallpapering where required.
  • Maintaining exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Working alongside other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Following all workplace Health & Safety procedures and regulations.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • A recognised painting and decorating trade qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting.
  • Sound knowledge of surface preparation, paint systems and application techniques.
  • Experience in spray painting and wallpapering would be advantageous.
  • A full, valid driver's licence.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability and a professional attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug test and police check if required.
