Job Description

Duties may include:

  • Managing traffic flow around work sites
  • Setting up and removing traffic management equipment
  • Operating stop/go paddles and temporary traffic controls
  • Monitoring site safety for workers and road users
  • Communicating with site crews and the public
  • Assisting with general site duties when required
  • Completing traffic management documentation
  • Following health and safety procedures


What we're looking for:

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Reliable transport and punctuality
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks if required
  • Previous traffic management, civil, construction, or labouring experience is advantageous


Preferred but not essential:

  • Traffic Management qualifications (TTM, TMO, STMS or equivalent)
  • Site Safe Passport
  • Class 1 Full Driver Licence
  • WTR endorsements
  • Civil construction experience
  • First Aid Certificate
